Ihre Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die End-to-End Entwicklung von KI- und ML-basierten Softwarelösungen.
Du implementierst neue Methoden zur Verbesserung der Leistung von LLM-Workflows, Agenten und ML-Systemen.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam an der Produktentwicklung zusammen.
Du unterstützt die Entwicklung und Integration von Backend Systemen und bringst Grundkenntnisse im Frontend zur Umsetzung produktnaher Lösungen ein.
Du erhältst ein auf dich zugeschnittenes Weiterentwicklungsangebot.
Du hast auf Wunsch die Möglichkeit, eigene Kundenprojekte zu übernehmen und Erfahrungen im Projekt- oder Produktmanagement zu sammeln.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst gemeinsam mit dem Team Innovationen im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz voran.
Du nimmst aktiv an aktuellen Forschungen und Veranstaltungen im Bereich LLM und Agentenentwicklung teil.
Du wirkst am Aufbau, der Pflege und der Evaluierung qualitativ hochwertiger Datensätze für unsere branchenspezifischen KI-Systeme mit.

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in angewandten ML-Funktionen (Training und Deployment) oder relevanter Softwareentwicklung.
Große Leidenschaft für Technologie sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Ausgeprägten Sinn für Details mit Fokus auf bestmögliche Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden.
Fundierte Erfahrung im Backend sowie End-to-End-Softwareentwicklung und Grundkenntnisse im Frontend.
Erfahrung im Aufbau qualitativ hochwertiger Datensätze sowie in der Evaluierung von ML- und LLM-Systemen.
Ausgezeichnete Programmierkenntnisse in Python.
Erfahrung mit einem modernen AI Stack (z. B. LLM-Frameworks, Vektordatenbanken, MLOps-Tools).

Your mission

You take ownership of the end‑to‑end development of AI‑ and ML‑based software solutions.
You implement new methods to improve the performance of LLM workflows, agents, and ML systems.
You work closely with the founding team on product development.
You support the development and integration of backend systems and bring basic frontend knowledge to help deliver product‑ready solutions.
You receive a personalized growth and development plan tailored to your skills and goals.
If desired, you have the opportunity to take ownership of customer projects and gain experience in project or product management.
You contribute your own ideas and drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence together with the team.
You actively participate in current research initiatives and events related to LLMs and agent development.
You contribute to building, maintaining, and evaluating high‑quality datasets for our industry‑specific AI systems.

Your profile

Several years of experience in applied machine learning (training and deployment) or relevant software engineering roles.
A strong passion for technology, combined with an independent and structured way of working.
A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on delivering the best possible results for our customers.
Solid experience in backend development and end‑to‑end software engineering, with basic knowledge of frontend technologies.
Experience in building high‑quality datasets and evaluating ML and LLM systems.
Excellent programming skills in Python.
Experience working with a modern AI stack (e.g. LLM frameworks, vector databases, MLOps tools).
