Ihre Aufgaben

Du entwickelst KI‑Plattformen und unterstützt die Integration von KI‑Komponenten.
Du übernimmst die End‑to‑End‑Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Backend‑ und Systemarchitektur sowie unterstützender Frontend‑Arbeit auf Basis von Grundkenntnissen.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam an der Produktentwicklung zusammen.
Du erhältst ein auf dich zugeschnittenes Weiterentwicklungsangebot.
Du hast auf Wunsch die Möglichkeit, eigene Kundenprojekte zu übernehmen und Erfahrungen im Projekt‑ oder Produktmanagement zu sammeln.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst gemeinsam mit dem Team Innovationen im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz voran.
Du nimmst aktiv an aktuellen Forschungen und Veranstaltungen im Bereich KI‑Plattformen teil.

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Backend sowie Grundkenntnisse im Frontend.
Große Leidenschaft für Technologie und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Ausgeprägten Sinn für Details mit Fokus auf bestmögliche Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden.
Erfahrung in der End‑to‑End‑Softwareentwicklung.
Ausgezeichnete Programmierkenntnisse in Python.
Erfahrung in DevOps oder IT‑Sicherheit ist ein Plus.

Your mission

You develop AI platforms and support the integration of AI components.
You take ownership of the end‑to‑end development of software solutions, with a strong focus on backend development and system architecture, as well as supporting frontend work based on foundational knowledge.
You work closely with the founding team on product development.
You receive a personalized growth and development plan tailored to your skills and goals.
If desired, you have the opportunity to take ownership of customer projects and gain experience in project or product management.
You contribute your own ideas and drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence together with the team.
You actively participate in current research initiatives and events related to AI platforms.

Your profile

Several years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend development, as well as basic frontend knowledge.
A strong passion for technology and an independent way of working.
A keen eye for detail, with a focus on delivering the best possible results for our customers.
Experience in end‑to‑end software development.
Excellent programming skills in Python.
Experience in DevOps or IT security is a plus.
